What a polished site cannot prove
Availability, Australian-dollar pricing, familiar games, local imagery and a customer-service chat do not establish that an online casino is authorised for Australians. Likewise, an overseas badge does not expand the scope of an Australian wagering licence.
Evidence to preserve
Keep the full URL, date, service description, operator details, payment record, offer wording and correspondence. Redact passwords, full card numbers and identity documents before sharing material publicly.
